ALÜMİNYUM EKSTRÜZYONUNDA PROSES KONTROL Rüştü SARAL ÖZET Hazırlamış olduğum bu çalışmada alüminyum metalinin özelliklerine ve ekstrüzyon metotlarına değinilmiştir.Ayrıca ekstrüzyona ait değişkenler gruplandırılmış ve alüminyum ekstrüzyon prosesininde verimliliği arttırmak için çeşitli yöntemler önerilmiştir.Bu yöntemler akış şemaları ve kontrol listeleridir.Bunlar yardımıyla hataların hangi parametrelerden kaynaklandığı kolaylıkla bulunabilmektedir.Ayrıca alüminyum ekstrüzyon hataları, sebepleri ve çözüm yollarına da değinilmiştir.Uygulama olarak ise kabarcık ve krater hataları örnek hata tipi olarak ele alınmış, hatalar mikro ve makro fotoğraflarla gösterilmiş ve bu hataların oluşum nedeni ortaya çıkarılmıştır.Son olarak ise elde edilen sonuçlar ve varılan hükümler listelenmiştir. PROCESS CONTROL IN ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION Rüştü SARAL ABSTRACT In this study, properties of the aluminium and extrusion methods were mentioned.In addition to this, extrusion variables were groupped and due to improve the productivity in the aluminium extrusion process, assorted procedures were suggested.These procedures were flow charts and checklists.By this way, causes of defects could be easily determined.Moreover, this study includes extrusion defects, causes and its related solutions.In the application chapter; blister and blowhole defects were considered as a sample defect type and these defects were shown by micro and macro dimensioned photographs and the reason of these defects were revealed.Finally, deductions and assumptions which have been obtained from the investigations were listed.
